Pet Policy
We welcome two pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable fee for the first pet, and an additional $150 for the second pet. Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
